We have been serving the Sugarloaf, Maine homeowner since 1987 and have over 40 years of combined experience. We currently manage ten condominium and home owner associations (click to access list) in the Sugarloaf resort area. Our base of operations is conveniently located in Carrabassett Valley, Maine on Route 27 at the Valley Crossing building.

We are fully staffed with 10 full-time employees serving the Association Management Department. As members of the New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), our managers keep abreast of association management trends and issues. We are bonded and insured.
TRADESMEN
We have well established relationships with plumbers, electricians, roofers and similar tradesmen who are available 24/7.
EQUIPMENT
