ASSOCIATION AND HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE

The Association insurance policy, aka the master policy, covers common areas as specified in the association declaration and bylaws. The policy also covers liability exposures for which the association could be obligated to pay based on policy language. 

 

Individual Insurance

Condo owners can purchase an individual policy tailored for condominiums, commonly known as an H06.   An HO-6 policy can include, but is not limited to, coverages for personal property, improvements & betterments, additional living expense, liability, dwelling and loss assessment.
