Who we are…

Mountain Valley Property is the Sugarloaf area’s largest private rental management company. We have been serving the Sugarloaf homeowner and guest since 1987. We are fully staffed with housekeeping and maintenance to answer every need of the guest and homeowner. Our goal is to give the homeowner the peace of mind and confidence that their second home will be respected and well cared for. We look forward to working with you.

What we do…

  • A SEASONAL RENTAL gives you 6 months of guaranteed income plus utilitiy expenses are paid by the tenant.
Studio/1 bedrooms…………...……..$4,500 - $9,500

2 to 3 bedrooms……………………. $6,000 - $19,000

4 to 6 bedrooms…………...……….$14,000 - $25,000

 

 

  • A SHARED SEASONAL RENTAL gives you a guaranteed income, half the usage and half the utilities paid with the comfort of sharing with one family.

Studio/1 bedrooms…………….….. $4,000 - $8,400

2 to 3 bedrooms…………………... $7,200 - $10,800

4 to 6 bedrooms………………...….$9,600 - $15,000
 
● SHORT TERM REFERRAL programfor owners currently renting on a nightly basis. For a referral fee of 15% of the rental fee, MVP can secure quality renters for you. Our reputation and marketing efforts, including our top search engine placement website, brings the renters to us.
 
● The LONG TERM RENTAL program ensures a monthly income and peace of mind knowing your property is well cared for wherever you are.
 
MVP’s commission for a seasonal rental is 23% of the rental fee.
New owners can receive a discounted commission of
20% for their 1st season.

Mountain Valley Property's Housekeeping department can meet all of your cleaning needs.   From "spiffing" a unit to completing a deep "spring cleaning", our fully insured and bonded housekeeping staff will make your home shine.  Just building a home?  Mountain Valley Property's housekeeping staff are the experts in construction cleaning. We will work with your schedule to ensure a smooth transition from the construction process to the occupancy date.  

Renting on your own?  Mountain Valley Property can assist in the transition from guest to guest, allowing you the freedom to book your home or condominium on your own.  Just plain tired of cleaning?  We are happy to assist you in any housekeeping need you may have. 

Mountain Valley Property also offers professional carpet cleaning services, utilizing the revolutionary Von Schrader dry cleaning system. With reasonable rates and a friendly, courteous staff, Mountain Valley Property's Housekeeping Department can accomplish all of your housekeeping goals.

Mountain Valley Property is the Sugarloaf area's largest property management company working with the Carrabassett Valley, Kingfield, and Stratton homeowner since 1987.  We offer customized property maintenance services:

Construction/Landscaping - Excavation, lot clearing, stump removal, culvert installations, mowing, tree removal, walls and walkways, lawn installation

Remodeling/Redecorating - Carpentry services, professional quality interior and exterior painting, interior design.

Security Inspections - Have the peace of mind knowing your property is being checked, both inside and outside, every week by our dependable staff.

Snow Removal - Plowing, sanding, shoveling, roof raking.
